We take great care in creating your pawtrait, ensuring it captures the unique spirit of your pet. Because each pawtrait is personalised and made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the artwork has been created. If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and we haven’t started working on your pawtrait, we can offer a full refund.

We offer free unlimited revisions to the pawtrait ordered, focusing on minor adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. For significant changes such as using a new photo, a nominal fee of £10 will be applied.

Photo Submission Guidelines

Please note that the quality of your pawtrait depends heavily on the photo you provide. We use the image you upload during checkout to create your artwork, so it’s important that it follows our Photo Guide.

We kindly ask that you submit a clear, high-resolution photo where your pet is well-lit and fully visible. Blurry or low-quality images will result in less detailed artwork, and we cannot take responsibility for the outcome if our photo guidelines are not followed.

You're welcome to include notes with your order if you have any special requests. While we’ll always do our best, we cannot guarantee all custom edits (e.g. changing facial expressions, adding a smile, opening/closing mouths). We can accommodate minor edits such as red-eye removal and eye color adjustments where possible.

Please remember: all examples shown on our website were created using high-quality, well-lit photos. For best results, follow our Photo Guide to help us create something truly beautiful for you.
