Shipping Policy

You’ll receive a high-resolution digital file of your pawtrait via email within 2 working days of your order. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout and check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received your file. 

We allow a maximum of 24 hours for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 24 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

We are based in the UK however we proudly ship worldwide, with local printing in over 30 countries for faster, smoother deliveries. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you your tracking number straight to your inbox so you can follow its journey. Delivery times are an estimate and they may vary.

UK: 3-4 working days

USA: 4-6 working days

Canada: 4-6 working days

Australia: 4-6 working days

New Zealand: 4-6 working days

Europe: 4-8 working days

Rest of the World: 5-15 working days
