A clear, high-resolution photo of your pet works best — preferably taken in natural light and showing their full face (bonus points if it shows off their personality!). Don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we need a better one.

Within 1–2 days of placing your order, you'll receive an email with a high-resolution digital file of your portrait.
